Job Requirements:

Plans, directs and coordinates activities concerned with design, construction, modification and maintenance of electrical components and machineries in factory to obtain optimum utilization of machines and equipment.
Perform maintenance planning and scheduling
Leads, directs and trains supervisors and group leaders in performing job tasks
Updates and analyzes reports of work orders\' checklists
Coordinates with Mechanical and Production Executives/Supervisors and other departments concerned on equipment repair and maintenance issues
Participates in discussion with other departments on process and quality improvement
Oversee and ensures electricians perform all tasks as per factory specifications and local electrical codes
Ensure the availability of electrical spare parts
Analyzes the department downtime and frequency
Carries out troubleshooting for machines\' break-down and system modifications.
Other duties that may be assigned by the Management.
