Job Description

• Coordinate renovation projects from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Perform routine inspections to assess facility conditions, prioritize maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage Visitor Activities and Coordination.
• Lead the planning and execution of company events, managing logistics, vendors, and participant engagement.
• Monitor project expenditures and progress, implementing cost-saving measures and schedule adjustments as needed.
• Responsive and personalized assistance to stakeholders, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Serve as a bridge between Japanese expatriates and local management.
• Attend to the needs of Japanese expatriates and coordinate discussions in Japanese & English/Malay related to General Affairs matters.
• Ensure Compliance with Safety and Health Regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Business, or equivalent, with a CGPA of at least 3.0 or second class upper.
• Japanese speaking will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, or within a manufacturing company will be advantageous.
