Engineer Facility Management
Job Description
In your new role you will: Responsible for project management including infrastructure and hook up projects. Act as a project lead to coordinate and work with other team members towards project deliverables (Cost, Schedule & Quality). Prepare project risk assessment and manage the risk to ensure company interests are well protected. Manage assigned project from project initiation until closure. Ensure accurate and timely project reporting. Assist superiors in day to day facility management operation. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil) Minimum 1-3 years related experience in facilities management/services/engineering. Experience in facility management business process flow especially in project management. Technical knowledge in facility system such as HVAC, cleanroom, utilities, electrical and etc. Familiar with relevant legal requirements especially related to construction site requirement. Good in ACAD, MS Excel, MS Project & other project management tools. Familiar with risk assessment and problem solving tools such as RHA,FMEA and 8D.
