Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-

1. To develop process for new product according to requirement.

2. To develop FMEA and Control Plan for product.

3. To prepare and coordinate APQP.

4. To conduct product trail testing.

5. To carry out analysis on raw material, semi-finished product and finished product.

6. Prompt response to quality variances to ensure quality of raw material and product are controlled and maintained within the standard and specification.

7. To plan, organize and coordinate for the delivery of high quality product.

8. To ensure problems highlighted by the customers are resolved effectively and promptly through the departmental processes and procedures.

9. To provide technical support within specification and guideline.

10. To act as a Document Control Centre for Quality Management System and to ensure it is maintain and implement effectively.

11. To be responsible in improving manufacturing quality which in line with ISO 9001 Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.

12. To promptly submit accurate and up to date weekly report to the top management.

13. To ensure well maintain of record and document with appropriate identification and storage, and it is retrievable when the needs arise.

14. To undertake any other ad hoc assignments where this may be assigned or added at the request of the Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
