• Conduct on-site tool installations and follow testing procedures to ensure accurate working order \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct on-site scheduled planned maintenance visits
• Provide troubleshooting and repair support for customers and other field service personnel \xe2\x80\xa2 Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, system users, and company personnel
• Successfully complete technical training as required \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively seek out additional learning opportunities both inside and outside of the region
• Travel, sometimes on short notice to customer sites to resolve problems or support colleagues \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete and submit administrative reports
• Partner with colleagues to acquire or provide technical mentorship and training
• Provide training for users on system operation
• Make yourself available to train and mentor new field service engineers
• Provide feedback to product quality teams

• Minimum educational requirement Diploma / Degree in engineering (preferably in Applied Physics, Electronics, or Electro-Mechanics), equivalent combination of education and experience in electronic system problem solving
• Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on technical experience installing, repairing and calibrating tools such as SEM, TEM, FIB, Probers, or similar systems.
