Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Product owner who owns product related KPIs include product yield, product setup, test specs etc
• Responsible for investigation and analysis to find root cause for low yield, MRB, mfg/eng feedback.
• Responsible for lot disposition support with engineering analysis, within required timing.
• Responsible for product system infrastructure setup for operation.
• Improvement projects initiatives for productivity improvement, cost reduction, process simplification etc.
• Able to work with cross functional team internally and externally on product topics assigned - test engineering, maintenance, operation, planning etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS or MS degree in Electronic Engineering, Micro Electronic Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Product Engineer working in Semi-Con industry.
• Experience in analog/mixed signal product testing, good understanding of test methodology, some yield engineering background is a plus.
• C++ coding skills, LabView
• Good troubleshooting skills including hands-on experience with lab equipment.
• Good data analytical skills to drive for product performance improvements.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with tester platform Teradyne Eagle/LTX/NI STS LIN2.
• Strong understanding on the knowledge that includes one or more of the following: Analog circuits, RF circuits, Power Management circuits, Mixed-signals and systems, ADCs, DACs, optical, high speed serial interfaces, microcontrollers, DSPs
