KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Coordinate and perform front end engineering activities in the commissioning area including technical feasibility studies, conceptual design, work scoping, and schedule.
• Prepare technical specifications and conduct technical evaluation of proposals.
• Perform technical studies and review technical reports.
• Review of engineering design including drawings and calculations.
• Conduct quality audit and health check post contract to ensure compliance of testing works according to contract specification.
• Develop standardization and digitalisation of commissioning and technical requirements.
• Develop and implement standards, improvement plans, commissioning management procedures, guidelines, checklists, scheduling and lessons learnt.
• Review of commissioning documents, testing & commissioning plans, test reports, drawings and calculation.
• Monitor, track, report, and present FEL progress status and suggest alternate options to safeguard project and execution schedules.
• Anticipate issues/challenges arising and propose alternate solutions.
• Plan and coordinate the commissioning FEL scopes and timeline including deliverables.
• Proactive in Project Delivery Excellence, Digitalisation and Commercial Excellence.
• Ensure contractors and other stakeholders comply to the HSSE requirement.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience and knowledge in Electrical Systems Design/Construction/Testing & Inspection/Operation & Maintenance, as well as Project Management.
