Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:Plans, budgets, and schedules facilities modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and contracts for construction. Coordinates building space allocation, layout, and communication services. Assures that facilities activities comply with company and regulatory requirements. Works under minimal supervision; leads projects.RESPONSIBILITIES:Documents building changes in electrical, plumbing and compressed air.Documents office and equipment reconfigurations.Maintains current drawings of buildings, communications, site, and parking layouts.Maintains schedules for Facilities projects.Plans spaces for new employees.Tracks measurements for Facilities and Health and Safety.Assists Facilities Manager with day to day projects and special projects.Works on new building projects which require attending construction meetings, and provides equipment and office layouts.May be required to travel to remote offices to work on space related projects.Adhere to organizational requirements on quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, 5S policies and general duty of care.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Good organizational skills.Good project management skills.Hands on experience with PCs and related programs such as Word, Excel, and Auto-Cad.EXPERIENCE:6+ years experience in related fields.Experience on clean room ,DI plant ,washing machine maintenance is priority.Experience on facilities maintenance and repairing.EDUCATION:Bachelor degree in Facilities Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.Bachelor Degree in Industrial Electrical Automation or related.OTHERS:Applicants must be willing to work in Penang Science Park, Simpang Ampat.BENEFITS:As part of our total rewards philosophy, we believe in offering and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs for our employees to attract and retain a talented, highly engaged workforce.Our compensation programs are focused on equitable, fair pay practices including market-based base pay, an annual pay-for-performance incentive plan, and etc.In addition to our competitive compensation practices, we offer a strong benefits package in each of the countries in which we operate.
