KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Perform the Dam Safety Surveillance based on the Dam Safety Group program, guided by an International Dam Safety Standard and Procedure.
• Monitor the contract work progress and manage the allocated budget effectively.
• Undertake the preventive and corrective maintenance works for the dam.
• Conduct the inspection, monitoring and produce a report for the dam and relevant hydro structures and geological features.
• Conduct reservoir/catchment inspection for illegal activities and report to respective agencies.
• Conduct water sampling and testing of the reservoir for various analyses.
• Develop an inspection checklist to facilitate the dam inspection systematically.
• Prepare tender document, evaluation and award as per PPP requirement.

QUALIFICATION:

• Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in Civil Engineering works is preferred.

• Able to work in a demanding situation and within a short time period.
• Able to work as a team player as an integral part of the Dam Safety Team.
• To perform all tasks in line with the Information Security Quality Manual (ISQM) and the ISMS roles and responsibilities procedure.
• To perform all tasks in line with the Information Governance Policy Suite and Guidelines.

Preference will be given to internal candidate.
