KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Preliminary study of potential hydropower sites
- Carry out Feasibilities Studies and Concept Phase of hydropower sites
- Work as counterpart engineer to Consultants hydropower engineers / specialists
- Liaise with Consultants and Hydropower Investigation Section on site investigation works
- Carry out preliminary cost estimates for recommended hydropower projects
- Execute project related tasks
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Basic industry knowledge in the hydropower engineering
- Good communication skills including report writing
- Basic economic and financial understanding
- Planning and Organizing
- Basic knowledge of the various multi-disciplinary aspects of hydropower development
- Fundamentals of Hydro
- Basic knowledge of Hydro Stations
- Civil basic knowledge of Hydro Stations
- Develop personal adaptability
- Cultivate learning agility
- Demonstrate integrity
- Leverage networks
- Good Communication skills
- Analytical Thinking
- Able to work within tight schedules and deadlines
- Able to work as a team player as an integral part of the hydropower development team
- Able to travel with short notice and work at rural areas
