I
n your new role you will: B
- e part of the global application support team focus on global operational topics related to operational technology platforms (eg. AntiVirus, Backup-Solutions, Network-Separation-Technologies). W
- ork closely with the global technical experts to provide and support the solutions efficiently to the local and regional business teams. W
- ork with the global development and platform teams to ensure the reliability, availability and security of the supported applications and support Infineon Business to make use of them. R
- esponsible to support the business Equipment using the standard IT services. A
- ccountable to understand the requirements from the regional business teams and bring up the topics to the global team for proper solution implementation. D
- ocument the issues raised by the business teams, provide solutions and follow up on them to closure.
ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B
- achelor Degree of Computer Science / Information Technology or any equivalent course. M
- inimum 1 to 3 years of related working experience. E
- xperience supporting applications like AntiVirus or Backup-Solutions for Endpoints. E
- xperience with Windows and Linux operation systems. E
- xperience with old operating-systems are is an added advantage. E
- xperience in customer support roles. G
- ood communication skills in English.
