This includes developing and assuring sound maintenance and performance standards for QMI and instrumentation, performance monitoring, problem solving and continuous improvement during run and maintain, projects, plant changes and turnarounds.You will also be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, industry codes, standards, and recommended practices, as well as Shell standards and best practices, and will be a key process performer for the Asset Management System Manage Equipment Care \xe2\x80\x93 Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).You will provide support to the leadership and capability development of the site in the areas of highly reliable QMI and instrumentation assurance to meet the plant\xe2\x80\x99s business objectives, providing support to the Skill pool development and technical coaching.Expect lots of support and encouragement while you\xe2\x80\x99re here.
