Knowledge in HVAC and ACMV system are preferable Knowledge in Microsoft and CAD Willing to travel Have own transport Logical thinking, self-motivated, team player, quick learner, good communication skills At least 1 years working experience in related field is preferable

Responsibility

Interpret technical designs and drawings. Manage M&E works to meet project specifications, budgets and timeline. Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works. Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues on site. Supervise M&E works (e.g. installation of lighting, air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation) in the construction project.
