Responsible and monitor daily activities and operation of Maintenance Department to ensure the plant machineries and equipment are in good condition to support production operation 2. To train, manage, and supervise the maintenance personnel. 3. Assist in budgeting of repair/ maintenance system and activities. 4. Active participation in cost and quality Improvement projects 5. Provide expertise, skill, and knowledge in root cause analysis and resolution 6. Actively take part in plant operation with regards to safety, efficiency, utilization productivity, quality, housekeeping, and good manufacturing practices. 7. Monitor and responsible for spare parts list for all machinery and equipment. Always review the list to ensure suitability and adequacy of parts kept on site 8. Responsible to set-up proper documentation on preventive and breakdown maintenance activity. 9. Responsible for continue improvement of existing facilities and machineries to achieve better production yields 10. Perform other ad-hoc activities as and when required Accountabilities 1. To formulate and execute clear strategies to run the business or operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s). 12. To ensure that you have a clear and accurate understanding of the industry you are operating in, including operational challenges, trends affecting your industry and accurate competitor analysis Education Diploma / Degree in Engineering Experience At least 1-3 years
