Job description

In your new role you will:

• Responsibilities and Accountable in his/her area of responsibility.
• Extensively improve the hardware and process of EPI, CVD, MoCVD or Vacuum Processes tool set.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, implement corrective action &preventive actions
• Define and execute the startup and facilities management of the new rampplan.
• Resolves problems both technical and business related.
• Local communication to include documentation, supporting, negotiating, presentation, team contribution, and training.
• Contribution to continuous improvement programs via initiating &executing projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency.
• Committed KPI (Stability, Quality, Speed and Cost) for assigned equipment ownership
• Responsible for start-up until RFP (release for production) of new or transferred equipment to support production ramp
• Work cross functional team to resolve quality issue. (CAR, MRB and MTB)

Your profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Min CGPA

3.5, Degree in Electrical & electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronic Technical Degree. * 1 to 3 years working experience in Semiconductor /Wafer fab.

• Fresh graduate with high CGPA and demonstrated strong technical skill are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Equipment experience in CVD, MoCVD or Epitaxy will be added advantages.
• Good fundamental in Vacuum theory, Electrical control, Gas dynamic, Thermodynamic, Mechanical design or Electrical circuitry.
• Systematic approaches in troubleshooting and all tasks.
• Strong analytical skill with data mining skill, well competency with statistical concept.
• Proficient in soft skill in, EXCEL MARCO and VB. Or ACCESS.
• Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, in English.
• Good and conclusive presentation skill.
