JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead a group of production technician to support the new machine set up and buy-off before phase into production. To involve in machines UPH, machine efficiency, output yield, improvement project and spare parts control.
RESPONSIBILITIES

To carry out PM / equipment calibration / GR & R / stability / bias on all machines before due date. Resolve identified engineering issues with manufacturing equipment keeping downtime to a minimum. Ensure and carry out the machine maintenance, in order to achieve high machine efficiency. Raise PR to buy spare parts and spare parts control. Coordinate with equipment/R&D engineers on new equipment in production. To carry out machines improvement projects and spare parts replacement & cost saving evaluation. Responsible to generate SOP for the production staff. To support new equipment setup and buy-off. To maintain process yield as per target. Coordinate and review machines efficiency and UPH to achieve optimum machines performance. To have CI project on those high defect issue.
Qualification & Experience

Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (Technical). 2 - 5 years experience preferably is Production Test Maintenance Familiar with Preventive Maintenance / Predictive Maintenance

Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
