As an Engineering Manager, you will be the driving force behind the teams building our diverse product suite. You will balance the "people" side of engineering--coaching and hiring--with the "delivery" side, ensuring that our IoT, AI, and Fintech-integrated modules are robust, scalable, and secure. You will play a key role in our mission to digitize over 1,200 security firms and property management companies in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Ecosystem Leadership:
Oversee the development lifecycles across our core pillars:
- THPatrol:
AI & IoT-driven security workforce management.
- MesraHR:
Our cloud-based HRMS focusing on payroll automation, claims, and attendance.
- PropKita & PropKira:
Smart property management and resident apps, including integrated accounting and LPR (License Plate Recognition) parking systems.
Engineering Mentorship:
Lead a team of 10+ engineers. You will be responsible for 1-on-1s, career growth plans, and maintaining a culture of accountability and innovation in our Cyberjaya hub.
Operational Excellence:
Modernize our SDLC. Ensure high-quality deployments for our mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web dashboards, prioritizing "offline-first" reliability for field personnel.
Strategic Collaboration:
Work directly with the CEO and Product Leads to translate major partnerships into technical milestones.
Technical Bridge:
Guide the team through complex integrations involving facial recognition, surveillance drones, robotics, and localized secure cloud servers.

Required Qualifications
Experience:
8+ years in Software Engineering, with 2+ years in a formal people management role.
Domain Knowledge:
Experience or a strong interest in
Fintech/Accounting
(PropKira),
HR Tech
(MesraHR), or
IoT/Smart City
(PropKita/THPatrol) platforms.
Technical Stack:
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, mobile app development, and AI/Machine Learning deployment.
Soft Skills:
A "servant-leader" mindset. You excel at removing blockers for your team and navigating stakeholder requirements from government and corporate partners.
Language:
Native or professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (to communicate effectively with local stakeholders and site-visit teams).
