Manufacturing & Logistic Support

• Standardize manufacturing practices, material flow and product handling for Substrate, cleaning, sputter, lube. Dummy.
• Control product identification, mix control, and traceability.
• Develop and deliver product handling training.
• Maintain and update production visual aids.
• Manage dummy cleaning flow and cycle control system improvements.
• Manage single-sided disk cassette orientation.
• Support IE on machine layout and algorithms.
• Support audits: EHS, 7S, EPT, ISO14000.
• Control etch dummy logistics.
• Drive continual system improvement for error-proofing during product/process change.

• Run CIM/logistic/cost improvement projects (e.g., Guzik MESA/CIM tracking). Support production for FBI-CIM station & logistic flow
• Support production CIM, to classify Sputter Dummy or Other dummy scrap disposition

Cart & Handling Tools Maintenance

• Control and maintain PN carts, trolleys.
• Maintain Kanban signage, labels and production visuals.
• Control and improve product handling tools distribution.
• Maintain VI stations, auto lifters, VI lighting.
• Coordinate cart cleaning and certification.

Qualifications
Required:

• Bachelor Degree any engineering discipline
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience

Preferred :

• Experience in any manufacturing field.

Skills :

• Ability English communication (spoken and written)
• MIcrosoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• FMEA, ISO9002, 14002, 45001
