• Maintenance of Test Equipment Hardware
• Maintenance of Test Equipment Calibration system and Test Recipe.
• Drive Continuous Improvement on Test Equipment OEE.
• Understand failure mode of Test Equipment Downtime and Defect escapees and development improvement plan.
• Provide necessary guidance, training and coaching to engineering, maintenance, and production staff.
• Work closely between Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Research & Development to properly implement and sustain the Test equipment

QualificationsREQUIRED:

• Qualification : Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical.

PREFERRED:

• 2-4 years working experience in Manufacturing/Automation/Maintenance environment.
• Programming Knowledge in VB.NET, Python or C++ is a plus.

SKILLS:

• Strong communication skills are vital for interacting with different teams, conveying quality standards, and collaborating to address issues.
• Programming Knowledge in VB.NET, Python or C++ is a plus.
