Project engineer is responsible for engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects and will establish inspection criteria for the proper implementation of all the aspects of project management.
1. Review project plans and proposals and collaborate with management to determine project objectives.
2. Identify project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project. Calculate time frames and sequence the stages of the project.
3. Prepare and manage project consumables and tools and manhour involved in the project.
4. Coordinate with different teams and professionals, such as engineers, to ensure all parties are aligned with the project objectives.
5. Assess and mitigate project risks, including analyzing and managing technical risks.
6. Ensure the project is compliant with the applicable laws, standards, and regulations.
7. Monitor project progress to ensure it is staying on time and within budget.
8. Adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
9. Communicate project status to upper management through reports and presentations.
10. Oversee the troubleshooting and problem-solving processes for project design and product issues.
11. Responsible for project documentation, including keeping detailed project notes and records.
12. Participate in the final testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
13. Creates ITP for specific projects.
14. Manpower loading to update weekly to department manager.
15. Preparing technical reports, manuals, and other documentation to support vessel maintenance and operation.
16. Performing quality control checks and tests on all systems and equipment, and making upgrades as needed.

18. Monitor and report to Senior / Project Manager of project progress versus baseline including issues and risks in a timely manner.
19. Review man hours and duration forecasts to completion and resource requirements.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
