Job Description

Design, implementation, and oversight of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection. They are involved from the initial design phase through to project completion, ensuring systems are functional, compliant, and meet client requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:

Developing M&E system designs, including conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and specifications.

Coordination:

Collaborating with other design team members (architects, structural engineers, etc.) and liaising with local authorities.

Tendering and Procurement:

Preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and recommending contract awards.

Supervision and Inspection:

Overseeing the installation and construction of M&E systems, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.

Testing and Commissioning:

Supervising the testing and commissioning of systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.

Documentation and Reporting:

Preparing necessary documentation, including reports, certificates, and final accounts.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
