Job Description

Oversee daily operations of the pyrolysis plant Monitor and analyze process parameters to optimize performance Troubleshoot process and equipment issues Conduct process optimization and improvement initiatives Support commissioning, scale-up, and technology upgrades Collaborate with maintenance teams on reliability and availability Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures Prepare technical reports on plant performance and product quality Provide technical training and guidance to technicians and operators

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering 2-3 years of experience in process plant operations (pyrolysis, thermal conversion, waste-to-energy, oil & gas, or chemical industry preferred) Knowledge of thermodynamics, heat/mass transfer, and reactor design Familiarity with SCADA/DCS systems for process monitoring and control Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Safety-conscious with attention to detail Willing to work in shift and/or weekends
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
