Job Summary
Operation and Maintenance of U Mobile network in order to ensure customers are getting continuous and high-quality service.
Job Responsibilities
- To manage and supervise field operation works perform by appointing Managed Services Vendor to meet KPI and SLA set.
- Response to Trouble Ticket issuance to meet KPI including follow up with the relevant support group to resolve.
- Handle site preventive maintenance efficiently and initiate the site improvement requirement.
- Plan and execute site corrective maintenance as reported.
- Perform new site acceptance and verification end to end until fully handover.
- Initiate and implement site improvement and cost saving initiative.
- Maintain site database, reporting and related paper works.
- Lead/Manage the tasks force/team for specific job assignment.
- Managing the smooth coordination, interactions among the team.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer / Telecommunication / Electrical / Electronic Engineering with minimum of 3 to 5 years in field operation and maintenance.
- Additional IT certificate or wireman/chargeman (any level) is highly preferable.
- Possess good knowledge in telecommunications in 4G and 5G networks, Transmission links.
- Result orientated with a strong initiative to learn, flexible approach and ability to work independently.
- Possess the ability to work under pressure, tight timelines and lots of travelling.
