Job Description

:Responsibilities

• Ensure the fault-free operation of WAN/LAN via proactive maintenance and close network monitoring.
• Configure & deploy an array of network devices (switches, routers, wireless access points, firewall, CISCO, PABX, etc).
• Manage all ITS and telecommunications-related services with external service/telco providers.
• Work closely with the IT department and internal program management team to implement any new application.
• Timely tune and patch the configuration from time to time ensuring the system always operates well as required by the client.
• Provide network analysis, which involves network requirements, design, implementation, management, operation, and refreshing existing network
• Make recommendations on network enhancements for optimization based on best practice
• Ensure compliance with the comprehensive MEE Service Level Agreement with the client.
• Administer and verify claims documents for HOU to recommend and client to approve.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree specializing in Information Technology or Engineering.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in network engineering or network administration, preferably with Huawei network expertise such as Huawei Certified Network Associate (HCNA) certification or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting EIGRP protocol, fiber optic, and copper network architectures, LAN/WAN architectures and protocols, ITS and telecommunications systems, network security protocols, tools, and best practices, and network configuration, deployment, and maintenance of switches, routers, firewalls, Huawei, PABX, etc.
• Strong team player who can also work independently.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changes in the work environment.
