Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Must be computer literate with Microsoft applications.
  • Possess good communication skills and the ability to liaise with authorities, customers, internal, and suppliers.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Team Work.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Aggressive, resourceful, result oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Able to converse and write in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge of design and visualization software.
Responsibilities1. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.2. Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.3. Support areas of improvement to customers for manufacturing and process feasibility on new models\' development.4. Accountable for successful completion of engineering projects.5. Resolve customers/engineering and management project issues to ensure KPIs are delivered.6. Lead and drive project team towards achieving customer schedules and objective, thus conforming to customer requirements.7. Prepare related documents (BOM, work instruction, process flow, PFMEA, control plan & etc.)8. Extensive communication with project team, vendors and customers.Benefits
