EV Equipment Repair & Diagnosis

- Lead troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of machinery and equipment. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, use diagnostic tools/software to identify faults, perform component-level repairs, and carry out firmware updates and software configurations.

Workshop Manpower Allocation & Management

- Plan and assign daily repair tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure timely completion. Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff, manage workshop inventory, and coordinate with logistics/field service teams for unit intake and dispatch.

Technical Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare repair reports with root cause analysis, maintain service records, analyze failure trends, and generate management summaries. Develop and update SOPs, document common fault solutions, and ensure proper warranty tracking and compliance. Manage workshop team's performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Control budget and any expenditure of the repair or maintenance jobs. Communicate and liaise professionally with customers and manufacturers. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment. Monitor subordinates to ensure compliance with company regulations, safety, maintain good discipline, and complete tasks as assigned. Seek continuous opportunities for professional development to enhance knowledge and performance. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Minimum 1 year of working experience in the engineering field. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
