n your new role you will: R

esponsible on Laser Fusing or Wafer Dicing process T
o manage/support daily production quality/productivity issue. T
o drive/work with product/development team on DOE, productivity & yield improvement project T
o define/improve/implement best practice which related to Pre-assembly process through benchmarking with other IFX sites on Pre-assembly productivity & quality topics. T
o analyze /dispose on problematic lot - low yield, quality deviation & customer return lot. S
upport production in planning and executing capacity expansions for volume ramps for new and existing products. T
o manage/create the SOP/Process change documentation.
