n your new role you will: P

• erform daily line issue troubleshooting, process engineering and production support in the Lithography area T
• roubleshoot out of control situation and decide on the lot disposition in an out-of-spec situation L
• ead and support troubleshooting to identify hypothesis and root cause of process and quality deviation S
• upport new tool installation process qualifications to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow S
• upport new product start-ups by qualifying process and engineering controls, develop and design standard process operating procedure and OCAP P
• erform FMEA risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management E
• nsure the robustness of processes by Implementing process control system including SPC, APC (advance process control) and run-to-run P
• lan process experiments, collect and analyze data and report experiment results M
• anage and setup recipe and procedural control. New Basic Type setup

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: 4

• year technical degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related areas). A
• pproximately 0 - 1 year of relevant experience in semiconductor industry. S
• trong knowledge of functional area, team, process, equipment supplier/ customer process. Business knowledge is more strategic for the organization. Knowledge of own function\xe2\x80\x99s contributions to achieving business objectives A
• bility to identify and resolve problems E
• valuates situations with some level of complexity. S
• trong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees A
• ble to work in shift (possible 12 hour shift)
