Job description
In your new role you will:
- Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process.
- Work as a team between Manufacturing/ Mnt/ UPS/ LBS/ Technology/Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions
- Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow
- Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management
- Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC),Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.
- Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)
- Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Approximately 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry, but generally no prior
- Good understanding of principles and concepts in own technical area based on extensive training.
- Increasing ability to identify and resolves problems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees
- Evaluates situations with some level of complexity using information
