Job Description
In your new role you will: Owner of the product(s) under his/her responsibility, withsignificant role in the Product Development team: As a feedback loop to the development team for new or existingproducts. Support new product ramp-up and continuous improvement on productperformance (Yield, Cp/Cpk, Quality, Cost and Delivery) Continuous support on FE / BE production topics (low yield, FAR,etc.) and linkage between cross-functional teams Drive cost improvement projects / ratio (TIR, TTR) / yield improvement Develop automation software for efficiency improvement in dataanalysis Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Physics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology) Fresh entry (less than 2 years\' experience in Semiconductor ProductEngineering and/or Device Testing will be an added advantage) Statistical data analysis Analytical and problem solving skills Experience in python programming and R script Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution finding.
