Job Description

Job Responsibilities:1. Strategic Marketing:

• Collect and analyze competitive information, market intelligence, and product benchmarks for chiller and airside products.
• Assist regional marketing teams in developing compelling videos, websites, and catalogs tailored for ASEAN-Oceania markets.
• Communicate effectively with sales affiliates across ASEAN-Oceania to identify market trends and gather valuable insights.

2. Product Application & Training Support:

• Conduct training sessions to enhance sales teams\' understanding of product technologies, trends, and competitive positioning.
• Assist in ensuring regional product regulations are complied with and aligned.

3. Product Development Support:

• Collaborate with the airside product team to translate customer needs into Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters for product development.
• Work closely with airside factories to drive product development initiatives.

4. Product Sales Support:

• Optimize airside product selection for strategic projects in ASEAN-Oceania.
• Perform additional duties as required to support overall product management goals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics) or equivalent, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or second class upper.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with HVAC industry practices and exposure will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Thai or Vietnamese language is an additional advantage.
