Job Description

In your new role you will: Owner of electrical test yield after M9, monitor and work with FE orbusiness divisions to improve electrical test yield Support burn-in monitoring, engineering sample, FAR and qualificationlots\' yield, data and reject analysis Owner of SBA violated lots\' initial assessment and disposition Support and analyze tester\'s Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) Owner to perform regular review of SBA (statistical bin analysis),ALFand PGS+ Ype for post-M9 products with business division productengineering and production management Monitor and drive for DDM and ALF reduction thru SBA optimization,yield improvement and root cause elimination Support new product release, verify and ensure electrical test yieldis meeting planned yield and test program is stable before M8 Support FAR on test data and yield analysis, fault analysis,simulation and 8D report (root-cause finding, containment, permanentactions and test escapee root cause) Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering(Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Physics/MaterialScience/Chemistry/Semiconductor Technology) Minimum 2 years or fresh entry (experience in semiconductor product andtesting will be an added advantage) Knowledge in statistical data analysis Able to operate test cell (uFlex/A565) in production and perform labbench measurement using oscilloscope, multi-meter, function generatorand source-meter will add advantage.
