Job Description

Prepare preventive maintenance schedule and arrange maintenance works for the technicians to carry out per schedule. Co-ordinate with QC Department to handle quality issue. Provide engineering support to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems Improve and upgrading existing machine, equipment and facilities on efficiency and effectiveness. Directing the production team members and introducing efficient methods of production line. Ensuring that strong and efficient teamwork culture exists within the production team. Develop and improve of new tools and machine part. Prepare and compile technical specification of component and die. Generate process and machine work instruction. Maintain company policies. Maintain good employee relationship and adhere to labour contract. Maintain good housekeeping practices in all controlled area. Assist in the implementation of OSHA and maintaining a safe working environment. Enforcing and implementing the ISO 9001 Quality Management. Execute others' responsibilities and projects as assigned by superior from time to time.

Authorities:

To stop production when the non-conformance products are detected. To purchase spare part for machine. To approve the leave application of the subordinates. To recommend subordinates confirmation, promotion and increment.
