Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. To monitor daily Compounding, Dipping, NBR washing & Chlorination operations.

2. Coordinate with compounding personnel to ensure all compounded chemicals and latex received are accordance to specifications.

3. Coordinate with production personnel in monitoring and ensuring all process parameters are within the production spectrum as per quality plan.

4. To ensure timely execution of projects and initiate troubleshooting & countermeasures on any defective quality discrepancies.

5. To introduce effective methodologies of process control instrumentations & chemical formulations.

6. To improve the stability of operation performance via systematic preventive maintenance planning.

7. Coordinate with laboratory personnel on monitoring on-line chemicals analysis data and advice accordingly if required.

8. To ensure compliance to predefined parameter and standard process flow for each activity and quality requirements.

9. Compiling data and analyse reports that are related to productions and quality issues for troubleshooting & decision-making purposes. Reports all analysis to the Factory manager and General manager periodically as required.

10. To introduce effective ways to manage, monitor, plan & control of general engineering spare parts, instrumentations and consumables.

11. To introduce environmental approaches & concepts to reduce, reuse and recycle natural resources & ensure conservation of energy.

12. To undertake any new chemical project assignment, monitor & feedback on its impact on quality.

13. To comply the implementation of safety rules & regulations.

14. Shall assist HOD/ superior to secure the environmental, safety, health and welfare of employee or any other related party against risk to environmental, safety or health.

15. Any other task and/or assigned duties as required by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A. Qualification & Experience

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing /Chemical/Chemical Engineering /Polymer Science or equivalent.

Experience:

Min 3-4 years' hand-on working experience in related field. Experience in manufacturing field with ISO compliance and regulatory environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
