Job Description

:

Oversee the entire production process, from planning to final completion. Coordinate with design, planning, and quality teams to achieve daily production targets. Manage manpower, materials, and machine utilization to optimize productivity and reduce costs. Monitor production output, minimize wastage, and ensure product quality meets company standards. Supervise workers' performance, attendance, and safety compliance. Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with maintenance on equipment issues. Prepare and submit daily production reports. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment. Lead weekly safety briefings and team training sessions. Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or precast concrete production. Strong understanding of production processes, cost control, and quality management. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and under pressure to meet production goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
