DescriptionENGINEER, QUALITY ASSURANCE(CUSTOMER QUALITY ASSURANCE /CQA)DAIKIN ELECTRONIC DEVICES MALAYSIA SDN BHD (DAIKIN GROUP)Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as a customer advocate to drive issue resolution.

• Manager and continuous improvement in outgoing quality control to achieve company quality objectives.

• Provide service and resolve customer complaints promptly.

• Manage all customer complaints raised by the customer and work through them to ensure issues are resolved and close.

• Drive quality reviews and verification of effectiveness of correction actions.

• Active in quality initiatives (QCC/FMEA/DFM/FTA)

• Manage outgoing quality control and ensure process quality plan is implemented and maintained.

• To carry out any other duties directed by the company.

Reporting To: Manager, Quality Assurance (CQA)Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

• CGPA Requirement: 3.00 - 4.00 (Second class Upper- & First-Class Honour.

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Strong technical and analytical skills.

• Able to organize effective team meetings to achieve meeting objectives

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers and various functions.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
