Your tasks
- Implement and drive quality initiatives and programs
- Conduct quality improvement and material review meetings to review failures and improve processes
- Perform root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive action for process related concerns and customer complaint.
- Perform incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection and audits
- Collect, analyze and report quality performance - incoming material performance, production yields, outgoing inspection reports, customer complaints
- Establish and maintain factory quality processes, workflow and checklist (e.g. Incoming material inspection plan, outgoing goods inspection plan)
- Involve and Interface with engineering and operation on the New Product Introduction activities
- Communicate and liaise with internal and external parties for any issue and project.
- Manage Quality Technicians in Inspection activities
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor
- IPC 610 A Internal Trainer

Your qualifications
- Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology (Telecommunication)
- Degree in Electronic Engineering
- 3 year\'s experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering
