ENGINEER / EXECUTIVE, QUALITY ASSURANCE (SUPPLIER QUALITY CONTROL)DAIKIN ELECTRONIC DEVICES MALAYSIA SDN BHD (DAIKIN GROUP)JOB DESCRIPTIONKey Roles & Responsibilities:

• In charge of Supplier Quality Performance (Monitoring and development).

• Lead quality improvement at the Supplier processes together with related team members (MC and R&D).

• Liaise with all related parties on continual improvement/ KAIZEN activities

• Manage all customer complaints / in-house SPRI& STRN and work through them to ensure quality issues are resolved and closed.

• Prepare weekly and monthly Supplier Quality status reports.

• Active in quality initiatives (FMEA/DFM/ DFT/ FTA).

• Work together with the CQA and QC team from the process quality POV (New Supplier and new parts qualification).

• Ensure consistent implementation of countermeasures at the Supplier.

• Creating and maintaining Supplier Audit Schedules and ensuring timely and proper closure

• Initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation of outgoing FG

• Setting Quarterly/Annually Supplier Quality Targets (Individually or by product type)

• To carry out any other duties as directed by the company.

Reporting To: Manager, QAPrerequisite Skills & Knowledge:

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

• Strong technical and analytical skills.

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in ISO quality management systems, process/quality validation, and audit.

• Able to organize effective team meetings to achieve meeting objectives

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers and various functions.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

• CGPA Requirement: 3.00 - 4.00 (Second class Upper & First Class Honor)

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam
