To assist Head of Section in overseeing the overall Quality Assurance function and ensure an effective quality system.
To develop and pursue corrective action in order to eliminate possible product failure at source and to ensure that products produce are of highest quality.
To prepare daily & weekly report evidencing performance of quality assurance test and evaluation on product.
To assist company to meet customer requirement during development and for specific projects.
Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.
Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns
Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits.
Undertake regular internal and process audits of the QMS
Ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address non conformities found.
Provide detailed analysis of nonconformities
Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions
Capable to lead 'problem solving' in any customer complaint and internal non-conformance
To attend the customers feedback, complaints and liaise with concern departments for improvement and action plan
Making judgment for non-conforming part
Carry out daily quality meeting with supervisor and inspector
To conduct product & process performance analyses thru SPC, PFMEA, 7QC Tool & 8D
Review & approve daily quality report
Other duties as assigned anytime by the management
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Quality Engineering or related discipline.
Excellent knowledge of ISO, Quality Management System & IATF16949 is a must.
Certified Lead Auditor will be added advantage.
At least 3 years experience in a similar manufacturing environment with the ability to evaluate and execute the requirements on manufacturing documentation and procedure development
Strong operations process concepts, leadership, writing and communication skills, concepts and methodologies of Management System.
Good written and oral communication in English and Bahasa Melayu.
