Kelayakan
Minimum three (3) years working experience in related field.
Understand technical drawing.
Able to make minor decision for the assigned project.
Skills required: AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Time Management, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Knowledge.
Willing to travel.
Tanggungjawab
Assist in development of construction / shop drawings including plans and specification based on site conditions.
Coordinate works for all services under our scope to ensure smooth execution to prevent delays and liaise with the Main Contractor for M&E, structural, and architectural works.
Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essentials information, coordinating actions, obtaining expert input, reviewing open issue and action items.
Contributing information to team meeting and reports, escalating project completion without impediments.
Complies with codes and regulations by complying with requirements, preparing permit applications, plans, and compliance report.
To achieve project construction schedule by coordinating equipment, materials delivery and manpower at site including generating weekly/monthly progress report.
To assist project manager to prepare monthly progress claims to Customer / Main Contractor.
To continuously look into ways to enhance the productivity by utilizing machine capacity and manpower in an optimum way.
To conduct tool box meeting and ensure the workers comply with worksite local regulations.
To perform inspection on the final as-built construction to ensure that IT conforms to specification and drawings.
To perform testing and commissioning of installations upon completion and generate reports for operation & maintenance manuals.
Follow company compliance rules and regulation.
