Job Description

• To analysis purchased part quality performance to reduce rejection cases and improve production efficiency.
• To liaise with supplier on quality improvement activities.
• To work together with incoming quality control team members to prevent defect part outflow to production line.
• To plan quality audits to the keys vendors on periodical basis and work together with new part qualification (PQ) team.
• To plan and execute quality programs to continuous improve the vendor quality performance.
• Promote &inculcate safety, health, environmental and quality awareness among the workforce.
• To ensure compliance to ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001 and related standard requirements.

Job Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Material, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics), Science or Physics from reputable education institution with minimum CGPA 3.0 or second class upper.
• Basic knowledge on Quality Principles and familiar with ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001 will be added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under minimum supervision.
