Job Description
Job Summary To conduct installation, commissioning, basic customer training, preventive maintenance services and instrument repair jobs on analytical products sold by DKSH to customers. General Responsibilities To do installation and commissioning on all products under Scientific Instrumentation To perform yearly/ half yearly maintenance services after installation. To troubleshoot and repair instruments under Scientific Instrumentation To ensure customers satisfaction with minimum customer complaints. To increase service contract volume and spare parts sales. To do warranty claims on faulty spare parts and maintain service spare parts inventory level. Functional Skills And Knowledge Technical knowledge in analytical instruments. Functional knowledge and experience in troubleshooting of laboratory and scientific research instruments. Proven fundamental analytical and troubleshooting skills Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken Knowledge in analytical instruments and/or cold storage equipment is an added advantage Education Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent Work Experience 2-3 years of technical experience or field service, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
