Job Description
Job Summary
To conduct installation, commissioning, basic customer training, preventive maintenance services and instrument repair jobs on analytical products sold by DKSH to customers.
General Responsibilities
- To do installation and commissioning on all products under Scientific Instrumentation
- To perform yearly/ half yearly maintenance services after installation.
- To troubleshoot and repair instruments under Scientific Instrumentation
- To ensure customers satisfaction with minimum customer complaints.
- To increase service contract volume and spare parts sales.
- To do warranty claims on faulty spare parts and maintain service spare parts inventory level.
- Technical knowledge in analytical instruments.
- Functional knowledge and experience in troubleshooting of laboratory and scientific research instruments.
- Proven fundamental analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge in analytical instruments and/or cold storage equipment is an added advantage
Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent
Work Experience
2-3 years of technical experience or field service, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
