To support Technology Team including tracking status of deliverables and milestones, issue coordination, planning, reporting, and coordinating activities in support of quality objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness / Operations
Assist in developing project scope, goals, budgets, plans and schedules
Assist in management of capital expenditure projects.
Managing and tracking project implementations (costs, budgets, people, vendors/contractors and timeline)
Leading process documentation
Communicating technical information
Assist the section Manager in heading the administrative and design services section of the Technology Department.
Part of the team that become the custodians and safe keeper of all required documentations, procedures and governance pertaining to the operation of the Project and Technology Department.
Responsible in ensuring that the Project and Technology Department compliance with company policies, procedures, financial, internal process and governance requirement that originated from both internal and external auditors to be adhered to at all times.
To support for continuous improvement and excellence in the section SOP\'s, WI\'s, forms and procedures in supporting the Project and Technology Department.
To continuously engage with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the section operation are kept abreast and updated with new requirements in ensuring the department compliance to the required governance at all times.
People / Stakeholder Management
Building inter-departmental relationships and navigating multiple stakeholders within the organization to achieve results.
Liaising with vendors on administrative matters
Working closely with project teams to ensure all documentations are completed.
To ensure management of department documents aligning with Hartalega policies
To ensure the development plan of members of the section are updated and tracked in accordance with the development in the market and to the growth plan of each members. This include but not limited to the request of external training requirement, training needs identification and certifications required for the section team members.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Competent with high integrity and strong analytical skills; Result-oriented with the ability to work independently with all level of employees.
Good project planning, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrate high leadership skill, especially identifying tackling and presenting issues.
