Your Contribution

This position offers an opportunity to lead the development of test solutions for cutting-edge optical components in high volume manufacturing. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing advanced test methodologies and automation. • Lead test development and design for optical components in high volume manufacturing, ensuring efficient and accurate testing processes.
• Develop test methodologies, specifications, equipment, programs, and automation to support product development and NPI phases.
• Conduct test and equipment FMEA to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring robust and reliable testing procedures.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and test equipment vendors to drive effective test solutions.
• Oversee test handler buy-off and documentation at vendor and manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless integration into production.
• Optimize test processes, yield, and throughput through data analysis, implementing continuous improvement activities for enhanced efficiency and quality.

Your Profile

• BSc/MSC Degree in Mechatronics / Electronic Engineering / Photonics / Physics / Test Engineering / Optics.
• Min 5 year experience in the testing field with hands-on experience on test automation, handler and tester design concept with optical test techniques.
• Optical test methods and optical metrology knowledge.
• Knowledge in test automation is required.
• Skills in measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), SPC, FMEA, problem solving methods
