JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Design, develop and improve products, systems or manufacturing processes to meet customer and market?needs. Manage and coordinate engineering or process improvement projects to meet targets for quality, cost, timeline and safety. Provide technical support, troubleshooting and process optimisation in production--identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, implement solutions. Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality (e.g., ISO standards), regulatory and environmental requirements in the engineering/production activities. Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, reports, specifications, equipment schedules, process controls and related records. Collaborate with cross?functional teams (production, quality control, maintenance, R&D, supply chain) to drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., lean manufactur Monitor performance of machinery and equipment, assist with preventive maintenance planning and improvement of uptime, reliability and efficiency. Assist in new equipment installation, commissioning, and pilot testing of new manufacturing methods or products. Contribute to product cost reduction, quality enhancement, waste reduction and process standardisation efforts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical or relevant discipline) or equivalent. Good understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, tooling, process control and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, process flows and equipment manuals. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and preferably experience with engineering or process tools. Strong problem?solving skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset. Good communication and teamwork skills - ability to liaise with multiple departments. Commitment to safety, quality and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment.
