  • \tResponsible for all level 1 onsite corrective and preventive services assigned territories & assigned schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2\tEnsure customer satisfaction with company\xe2\x80\x99s after sales service by prioritizing issues based on severity and key customers. \xe2\x80\xa2\tResponsible for Footprints tickets creation / updates. \xe2\x80\xa2\tTo guide/assist customer in resolving their issue via knowledge DB. \xe2\x80\xa2\tEnsure that issues are handled within the agreed service level agreement timeframe. \xe2\x80\xa2\tIssuance of service report. \xe2\x80\xa2\tConsolidate service reports for spare parts charging. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to perform Level 1 corrective and preventive services for all supported products (Systems & Slots) independently in Malaysia as well as overseas markets
