• Prepare a master plan for preventive maintenance of all equipment in the plant.
• Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of preventive maintenance based on fault records.
• Assists and prepare reports, data analysis, and all the documents as requested by the maintenance engineer or engineering manager.
• Issue PR (N6, N8) perform OV, create workorder, and make sure all the PM tasks are completed and closed in JDE system
• Roll arrangement for plant mill A and mill B (work together with production and maintenance team regarding the roll change schedule)
• Arrange monthly break down meeting and work with the maintenance team to analyze the root cause of any failed machines

• Certificate/Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent
