JOB DESCRIPTION

General operative duties in this instance could include: * Responsible for system transactions, PR and PO receiving for Engineering Department.

• Maintaining and organizing critical document for plant including civil/architecture, M&E, firefighting, and major equipment.
• Prepare and complied of weekly & monthly reports.
• Closing of OA for engineering services, following up invoicing to customer and keep recording.
• Coordinating the day-to-day operations with the Engineer.
• Provide technical and administrative supports to engineering teams.
• Any others task assigned by the HOD from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT * Candidate must possess high school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong Knowledge of document management and file organization.
• Good organizational skills and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and document management is crucial.
• The ability to work well in a team and collaborate with engineers and other support.
• Knowledge of Engineering Terminology (Preferred): Familiarity with engineering terminology and processes can be an advantage.
• Experience (Preferred): Administrative and experience in ERP system.
