Plans and implements the development of new and scale-up process formulas. Establishes operating equipment specifications and acts as a liaison with product design and development to ensure processes and designs are compatible. Directs efforts to achieve cost-effectiveness and improved product quality. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.Wexe2x80x99re looking to add a Director of Operations Engineering located in Senai, Johor.Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:Direct and control the activities of a broad functional area through several senior Manufacture engineering managers involved in activities related to process engineering capabilities and statistical process control systems.Organize and guide Project/Program reviews to ensure projects are delivered on time, as per cost targets and within quality specifications.Partner with other functional managers to ensure manufacture-engineering activities are well integrated with manufacturing operations.Provide guidance and feedback to subordinate managers to ensure achievement of goals and objectives.Plan, budget, and manage the Manufacture Engineering, Facilities, Maintenance and NPI group costs in line with corporate objectives.Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.Develop, modify, and implement company policies that affect immediate operation(s) and may also have company-wide effect.Regularly interact with executives and/or major customers in controversial situations, contract negotiations or other matters for which influence skills are required.Oversee/support business transfer/ramp from technical aspect, to further strengthen site overall technical capabilities in supporting future growthHere are a few examples of what youxe2x80x99ll get for the great work you provide:Typically requires a Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of management experience.A Masterxe2x80x99s or MBA degree is preferred.Six Sigma Black Belt preferredHere are a few examples of what youxe2x80x99ll get for the great work you provide:Medical benefits, dental, visionLife InsurancePaid Time OffBonusesNS27
